Your reports, your naming structure
In addition to storing where you want, you’ll now have full control over the filename. This makes it simple to generate daily reports and save them to your server with automatically-generated names. Screenshot of the custom filename user interface. You're able to create custom filename formats.
Analyzing form data just got way easier
Gravity Forms data is not easy to analyze. In Gravity Forms, when exporting data from multiple-choice fields, the values are all included in a single row, making it difficult to properly isolate and analyze the data without complex operations.
GravityExport includes an option to split fields with multiple values into different rows! If you know how great this is, you know.
GravityExport is a standalone add-on for Gravity Forms and does not require GravityView.
To help you maximize your productivity, GravityExport is included in our GravityView All Access license. Go All Access and start using our entire suite of Gravity Forms plugins and extensions!

- This release adds Google Sheets as an export destination, gives every feed an Activity Log of what its recent exports did, and lets you apply one feed's setup to any number of your forms.
- #### 🚀 Added
- You can now export your entries to **Google Sheets**!
- Choose to export to existing spreadsheets or create a new one.
- Connect your account in the GravityKit Settings under GravityExport.
- An **Activity Log** tab on every feed listing its recent exports, so it's easy to see the feed's latest activity.
- Scheduled exports can send **only the entries received since the last export that worked**, instead of the whole form every time. Choose it under **Entries to Include**; existing feeds keep sending everything until you change it. A run that fails does not move the starting point, so nothing is skipped.
- **Copy to Other Forms** bulk action, available on the feed list page, copies a feed and its settings to multiple forms at once.
- Connecting Google Sheets, Dropbox, or Box now requires a GravityKit license that includes GravityExport.
- #### ✨ Improved
- "Download Permissions" on a new export filter feed default to people signed in with export access, rather than to anyone with the link. Existing feeds keep the setting they were saved with, and the public option is still there if you want it.
- The feed list table now has columns showing when the feed will run next as well as a column linking to the export destination.
- Renamed:
- Feed action that runs an export immediately from "Process" to "Export Now"
- Save Feed "Feed Title" setting is now called "Export Name"
- Filters and Save settings are hidden until GravityExport is enabled for a form.
- #### 🐛 Fixed
- Unsaved typed values being reset when choosing a different storage destination.
- The "Last Export" panel incorrectly reporting that no exports had been run when manual or per-entry exports had been processed.
- Feeds set to Scheduled reported "Not scheduled" until you saved it a second time.
- Deleting, trashing and restoring an entry now update the export.
- Entries created by an import, the REST API, or another add-on didn't trigger exports. Importing rows now runs the export once when the import finishes.
- A connection that went offline was reported every time it was checked, and a connection that came back was never reported at all, though the setting offers both. Each is now announced once, when it changes.
- A secured export link returned a blank page to anyone without access, giving no way to tell a permissions refusal from a broken link. It now explains why, and offers a way to sign in.
- Some buttons looked misaligned in WordPresss 7.0 and newer.
- #### 🔧 Updated
- [Foundation](https://www.gravitykit.com/foundation/) to version 1.29.0.
- #### 💻 Developer Updates
- an "Every 30 Days" schedule interval, replacing the need to type 720 into the custom hours box.
- Filters feeds no longer include **User IP** and **User Agent** by default.
- `gk/gravityexport/save/monitored-connection/failed` action, fired with the offline `MonitorableConnection` when a monitored cloud storage connection is found to be down.
- `gk/gravityexport/sheets/rows-page` filter to modify each page of rows before it is written to Google Sheets. Receives the page's rows, the form ID, and the number of entries skipped before this page.
- `gk/gravityexport/save/feed-copy/unknown-key` filter to decide whether unrecognized feed meta keys are copied or dropped when a feed is copied to other forms.
