Terms of Service.

By accessing or using GPLCoffee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the GPLCoffee website at gplcoffee.dev and all related APIs and services.
• "Account" refers to your registered user account.
• "Products" refers to WordPress plugins, themes, and scripts available for download.
• "Credits" refers to the daily download allocation tied to your membership tier.
• "Membership" or "Plan" refers to a paid subscription or lifetime purchase granting access to the Service.

2. GPL License

All Products distributed through the Service are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later. You are free to use, modify, and redistribute them in accordance with the GPL terms. GPLCoffee does not claim ownership of the Products - we facilitate distribution under the terms of the GPL.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share, transfer, or sell your Account to another person. Each individual may maintain only one Account.

4. Membership Plans and Credits

• Access to Product downloads requires an active Membership with available Credits.
• Credits are allocated daily based on your membership tier and reset at the start of each day (UTC). Credits do not roll over - unused credits expire at the end of each day.
• Lifetime plans provide permanent access with a fixed daily credit allocation. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions.
• We reserve the right to modify plan pricing, credit allocations, and tier structures at any time. Changes apply to new purchases; existing plans are honored for their current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Redistribute through competing services: Download Products for the purpose of redistributing them through other GPL distribution platforms, nulled plugin stores, or competing download services.
• Bulk download or catalog harvest: Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or manual bulk-download methods to systematically download large portions of the catalog beyond your personal or professional use needs.
• Share credentials: Share, sell, or distribute your login credentials or session tokens to third parties.
• Circumvent restrictions: Use VPNs, proxies, multiple accounts, or other technical means to circumvent download limits, IP-based rate limiting, or account restrictions.
• Reverse engineer: Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
• Misrepresent identity: Create accounts with false information or impersonate another person.

Personal and client use is permitted on unlimited websites. You may install downloaded Products on any number of WordPress sites you own or manage for clients.

6. Abuse Detection and Enforcement

We actively monitor download patterns, IP activity, and account behavior to detect violations of these Terms. Indicators of abuse include, but are not limited to:

• Downloading a disproportionately high number of unique products relative to typical use (high diversity ratio)
• Sustained high daily download volume inconsistent with personal or agency workflows
• Downloads from multiple VPN, proxy, or datacenter IP addresses
• Automated download patterns (regular intervals, no browsing activity)

Upon detection of abuse, we may, at our sole discretion: issue a warning, temporarily suspend ("snooze") your account, permanently terminate your account, or pursue additional remedies. No refund is owed for accounts terminated due to Terms violations.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

• By you: You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from your account settings.
• By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, but immediate suspension may occur where abuse is ongoing.
• Effect of termination: Upon termination for cause (Terms violation), all access is immediately revoked. No refund, pro-rated or otherwise, is issued for the remaining period.

8. Intellectual Property

The GPLCoffee brand, website design, and proprietary features (excluding GPL-licensed Products) are owned by GPLCoffee. Products belong to their respective developers and are redistributed under the GPL. All trademarks referenced on the Service belong to their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GPLCoffee is not the original developer of the Products and does not provide technical support for them. We do not guarantee that Products will be compatible with your specific WordPress setup, hosting environment, or other plugins.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPLCoffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any Products downloaded from it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current membership period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
