How do download credits work?

Each plan includes a daily credit allowance. Each product has different number of credits needed for downloading. Credits reset every day at midnight UTC. Unused credits do not roll over to the next day.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Go to your Subscription page in the dashboard and click "Change Plan". We credit the unused portion of your current plan toward the new one, so you only pay the difference. For legacy gpl.coffee subscribers, subscribe to a new plan on gplcoffee.dev, then cancel the old one from your PayPal account.

Can I upgrade my subscription to a Lifetime plan?

Yes. Each active recurring subscription can be converted to a Lifetime plan independently. Go to your Subscription dashboard, find the plan you want to convert, and click "Upgrade to Lifetime" on that plan. We apply the unused days on that plan as a credit toward the lifetime price, so you only pay the difference. Other active plans are not affected, and you can repeat the upgrade for each one if you want multiple lifetime plans.

How do I download a plugin or theme or PHP script?

Browse the catalog, find your product, and click the download button. The ZIP file downloads directly. Unzip (for themes and PHP scripts) then install them on WordPress. Each download consumes a defined number of credits per product.

Can I use downloads on multiple sites?

Yes. All products are GPL-licensed - install on as many sites as you want with no per-site restrictions.

No at the moment. In the future, we'll introduce our Connector WP plugin for installing, auto-updating plugin/themes.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after downloads have been made. If you have not downloaded any products, contact support within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
