How do download credits work?
Each plan includes a daily credit allowance. Each product has different number of credits needed for downloading. Credits reset every day at midnight UTC. Unused credits do not roll over to the next day.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, instantly: open your Subscription page and click "Change Plan". The unused part of your current plan is credited, so you pay only the difference. Downgrades are not supported: cancel, keep access until your paid time ends, then subscribe to the smaller plan. Legacy gpl.coffee subscribers: subscribe on gplcoffee.dev, then cancel the old plan in PayPal.
Are plugins, themes, and PHP scripts safe to use?
Yes. Releases are scanned with VirusTotal, each version separately, and where a result exists it appears on the product page. Some files cannot be scanned, for example because they exceed VirusTotal's size limit or are bundles rather than a single plugin. We distribute original, unmodified files from the developer: nothing is nulled, cracked, or injected with any code of our own.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, which supports Visa, Mastercard, and other major payment methods. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal (we don't save your card's data).
Can I buy a single plugin or theme without a membership?
Yes. Every product page offers a 1-year license (the product and its updates for 12 months) or a lifetime license. No credits or plan needed, and owning an item gives a 10-site Connector allowance for installing and updating the plugins you own. A membership is cheaper once you need more than a handful of products.
