WPForms Signature addon allows your visitors to add their signature while filling out your forms, just by drawing with their mouse or touchscreen.
Once the user submits the form, their signature is saved as a PNG image and attached to their form entry.
If the user makes a mistake, there’s no need to fill the form out all over again. They can easily click on the X in the signature field to erase their signature and start over, without reloading the page.
On the admin side, you can:
- control the size of the signature field (small, medium, or large)
- set the field to “required”
- hide or display the field with conditional logic

- Input Method option for the Signature field lets users type their name and have it rendered as a signature image.
- The minimum WPForms version supported is 2.0.0.
- The typed Signature was rendered with an oversized font size and height in entries and email notifications.
- The field background color was not applied to the Signature field when using the Type input method.
