Everyone loves it. Our associates fill out a simple online form, indicating the dates they are requesting to take off. When they submit, it gets routed to their manager, who can approve or reject the request with one click – even if they are on their mobile phones. Approved requests automatically go to HR. We have received many comments from our employees about the ease of the system.
