Changelog

Added
  • Admins can now see and set a subscriber's email-tracking-consent state on the edit-subscriber page: what it is, when it changed, and how it was recorded;
Improved
  • When you ask subscribers for tracking consent, the email editors now check that your email has a tracking opt-out link and the form editor checks that your form has the consent checkbox, each with a one-click way to add what is missing;
  • The public PHP API can now record tracking consent, so integrations and headless stores can pass their own consent checkbox result to `addSubscriber` or `updateSubscriber`;
  • Personalization tag links in block editor emails now record clicks and resolve to the correct per-recipient URL;
  • Subscriber import and export now carry tracking consent: the state, when it changed, how it was collected, and the wording the subscriber saw;
Fixed
  • Three places where a subscriber's tracking choice was lost or ignored: guest checkout, registration and comment forms, and the opt-out link in an email footer;
  • One invalid tracking consent value in the database no longer breaks the plugin;
  • Stopped logging the expected "Sending frequency limit has been reached" state as a cron error;
  • Blocks from other plugins missing in the WordPress post editor when MailPoet is active;
  • Shortcodes showing as raw text in emails that use the Post Content block;
  • Harden the internal API request dispatch and redirect handling;
  • Review & send panel position under the WordPress admin bar in the email editor;
  • Other plugins may break navigation on MailPoet admin pages;
  • Form editor crashing when closing the Custom CSS panel;
  • New block email editor loading in a broken, unclickable state when Yoast SEO Premium is active;
  • Keep HTML entities escaped in headings inside quotes when rendering post content in emails;
  • Hardened internal JSON API dispatch to require the exact declared method name;
  • On an email with no footer, the one-click way to add a tracking opt-out link now adds a footer the sent email actually keeps.
