Our Creator plan offers all the features of the Business plan without the MailPoet Sending Service - Buy Now$ $ Got questions? How do I know which plan is the best for my needs?×We generally recommend the “Business” plan for most sites, as it allows you to immediately focus on growing your business with ready-made marketing tools, reliable email delivery, and managed sender reputation. If you enjoy self-hosting – the “Creator” plan would be a good fit too.

If you’re looking to use MailPoet on multiple sites – choose the “Agency” plan. And if you’re just testing the waters – explore email marketing with the “Starter” plan at no cost. Choose the number of subscribers in your plan based on how many people you intend to send email marketing campaigns to. Read more about it here. What are the advanced features included in the Creator, Business, and Agency plans?×Detailed email engagement and commerce analytics - understand how your subscribers engage with your emails via open, click, unsubscribe statistics, how email drives WooCommerce purchasing behavior – total revenue, number of orders, products purchased.

Google Analytics integration - associate website visits with your email marketing campaigns in Google Analytics. Property and behavior-based subscriber segmentation - target your email campaigns to subscribers based on multiple properties and behaviors, such as to re-engage subscribers who have not recently read any of your newsletters, or customers from a specific set of countries who have not purchased anything recently. For full details on what’s included in MailPoet, take a look at our features.

What is the MailPoet Sending Service?×The MailPoet Sending Service is designed to handle the demands of WordPress and sends your emails for you. Our service enables you to send over 50,000 emails per hour, with unparalleled speed and performance, and over 99% uptime. We’re the only email provider for WordPress that can offer its own advanced email delivery infrastructure.

Why should I use the MailPoet Sending Service?×MailPoet Sending Service reliably delivers your email marketing campaigns and helps you to ensure that your emails always reach their destination and no email is left behind. We deliver millions of emails each month and offer a carefully maintained 98.5% deliverability rate, often exceeding industry standards. Whether you send 10 or 100,000 emails a day, the MailPoet Sending Service routinely handles small business newsletters through to huge mailing lists with tens of thousands of subscribers.

If you’re using the Business or Agency plan, there’s no restriction on the number of emails you can send with the MailPoet Sending Service. Our Starter plan is capped at 5,000 emails per month. Sending emails with your web host is a bad idea, and one we’ve written about here. We strongly encourage you to make the switch to the MailPoet Sending Service or a third-party email service provider for reliable email delivery.

  • The Amazon SES region list now matches AWS: seven regions added, China (Ningxia) now reaches the right AWS China endpoint, and Hong Kong and China (Beijing) removed because SES does not run there;
  • One background job that fails to start no longer stops the rest of them, so bounce processing, WooCommerce sync and the other scheduled jobs keep running;
  • Restricted AI subject line suggestions to users who can manage emails;
  • Exceptions recorded in the MailPoet logs now keep their class, file and line instead of being stored empty, which makes a failure easier to trace;

Added
  • Admins can now see and set a subscriber's email-tracking-consent state on the edit-subscriber page: what it is, when it changed, and how it was recorded;
Improved
  • When you ask subscribers for tracking consent, the email editors now check that your email has a tracking opt-out link and the form editor checks that your form has the consent checkbox, each with a one-click way to add what is missing;
  • The public PHP API can now record tracking consent, so integrations and headless stores can pass their own consent checkbox result to `addSubscriber` or `updateSubscriber`;
  • Personalization tag links in block editor emails now record clicks and resolve to the correct per-recipient URL;
  • Subscriber import and export now carry tracking consent: the state, when it changed, how it was collected, and the wording the subscriber saw;
Fixed
  • Three places where a subscriber's tracking choice was lost or ignored: guest checkout, registration and comment forms, and the opt-out link in an email footer;
  • One invalid tracking consent value in the database no longer breaks the plugin;
  • Stopped logging the expected "Sending frequency limit has been reached" state as a cron error;
  • Blocks from other plugins missing in the WordPress post editor when MailPoet is active;
  • Shortcodes showing as raw text in emails that use the Post Content block;
  • Harden the internal API request dispatch and redirect handling;
  • Review & send panel position under the WordPress admin bar in the email editor;
  • Other plugins may break navigation on MailPoet admin pages;
  • Form editor crashing when closing the Custom CSS panel;
  • New block email editor loading in a broken, unclickable state when Yoast SEO Premium is active;
  • Keep HTML entities escaped in headings inside quotes when rendering post content in emails;
  • Hardened internal JSON API dispatch to require the exact declared method name;
  • On an email with no footer, the one-click way to add a tracking opt-out link now adds a footer the sent email actually keeps.
