Amazon S3 - Droppy Online File Sharing is a PHP add-on for the Droppy file sharing script that connects a Droppy setup, whether existing or new, to your own S3 bucket. Once it is in place, all files uploaded through Droppy are stored in that bucket.
Cleanup happens on its own. When an upload expires, the plugin automatically deletes its files from the bucket, so expired transfers do not keep occupying space in the bucket. The aim is to cut unnecessary storage costs on your S3 account.
The plugin is an add-on for Droppy, the PHP file sharing script, and it needs a Droppy installation to work with. You can add it to a fresh installation or to one that is already running and serving uploads, and it does not run as a WordPress plugin.
