The HubSpot expired-connection notice now includes a Reconnect button and clearer instructions to guide users through re-authorizing the account.

Some HubSpot accounts couldn't be connected in certain cases.
Mapped Name, Phone, and Company fields were not sent to HubSpot contacts after form submission.
Individual Name and Address subfields were missing from the HubSpot field mapping when a mapped field was deleted and a new one was added.
