Fixed
- A time frame and its fee are now removed when an address change switches to a shipping method that does not offer that time frame
- Checkout block: the time frame is now required once a delivery date is picked, matching the classic checkout
- The System Status report now shows whether dates are offered for delivery, pickup, or both
- "Pickup instructions" is hidden again on the Pickup scheduling screen when Local Pickup Plus is active
- A time frame fee is now charged when the chosen day has only one time frame available and the customer does not change it
- The pre-filled delivery or pickup date now matches the first date available for the chosen shipping method
- The backorder notification email is now also sent for orders placed with the checkout block
