Fixed
- Hide the scan form loading indicator and surface a dismissible error notice when the scan AJAX request fails, so a failed or empty response no longer leaves the form spinning without feedback (WCAG 3.3.1 Error Identification). Resolves WOOORBR-39.
- Look up the Barcode Color and Background Color settings labels in the plugin text domain instead of the WooCommerce one, so they can be translated.
- Remove only the dismissed notice from the barcode scan results instead of clearing the whole container, so the section heading and the order details survive dismissing a result notice. Resolves WOOORBR-37.
