Fixed
- Renewals of a product sold on a WooCommerce Subscriptions plan no longer issue a second license, and the Licensing resources repair tool removes the ones already created
- Removing a product from a subscription now keeps its license key and activations working until the end of the period already paid for
- Regenerating licensing resources after changing an order's customer now moves its licenses, and the user license key that activates them, to the new customer
- The Regenerate licensing resources order note now says how many licensing resources the order has, or why none could be created
- Ignore activations from local sites such as localhost, 127.0.0.1 and [::1] when test activations are ignored
- Deactivating a site that is now recognized as a test site frees the activation it used before
- Sites with an activated license now see a product's new version in update checks as soon as the product is saved, instead of once the API cache expires
