- Save only the base URL for the cloud storage endpoint, so pasting a bucket URL no longer accidentally breaks the connection
- Hide the default region setting when using Cloudflare R2, which does not use AWS regions
- Explain why a connection to S3 could not be established, and confirm the connection when the settings are saved

- Stop saving the settings from clearing settings that are currently hidden, such as the download behavior when S3 is disconnected
- Show a notice instead of failing when the server has no OpenSSL encryption available to store the S3 credentials
