Chat Layouts (and the Dashboard analytics) failed to load with a "Failed to load layouts" error when the site used the "Plain" permalink setting. REST requests are now built with the correct query-string separator so they work under any permalink structure.
Removed the development-only coding-standards packages (PHP_CodeSniffer / WPCS) from the committed vendor directory. Their test fixtures contained sample git merge-conflict markers that some editors flagged as real conflicts. Only the runtime autoloader is now included.
