Changelog

Added
  • Recipes now update their ingredients in Manage Ingredients automatically when saved, so the recipe counts there stay correct after you edit a recipe. Previously an ingredient stayed linked to a recipe even after it was changed or removed.
  • "Rebuild Ingredient Links" button in Manage Ingredients syncs all existing recipes with the ingredient list at once, and an "Unused" view lists ingredients that are no longer used in any published recipe so they can be deleted in bulk.
  • Ingredient names that include an amount, such as "2 cloves garlic", can be cleaned up from Manage Ingredients: renamed to the ingredient alone or merged into an ingredient that already exists. Links are kept.
  • Manage Ingredients can also move amounts typed into ingredient names ("2 cups flour") into the separate Amount and Unit fields, so Adjustable Servings and Unit Conversion work for them.
Improved
  • The "Migrate to Pro format" notice now only appears when recipes really have the amount typed into the ingredient name. Before, it flagged almost every recipe made with the Pro version. It also counts recipes instead of recipe cards, and explains more clearly what it does.
  • The migration recognizes ranges ("2-3"), decimal commas ("1,5 dl"), fractions and Scandinavian units (ss, ts, dl, stk, pose, skiver, fedd and more).
Fixed
  • The migration removed links from ingredient names. Links and formatting are now kept.
  • The migration and the Ingredient Scanner split ingredient names that had no unit, for example "Granateple" became unit "g" and "ranateple", or "2 løk" became "øk". Units are now only recognized as whole words, and names such as "7up" or "70% dark chocolate" are no longer read as amounts.
  • Recipes imported from WP Recipe Maker with the free version showed the amount twice ("2 cups 2 cups flour") after upgrading to Pro.
